PURPOSE & SCOPE

The purpose of this MOU is to clearly identify the roles and responsibilities of each party  of contract as they relate to the project of Export Markets Development in 7 countries in africa by Afroadvisor.

Service Description

In order to guarantee the manufacturing to guarantee at least one of the target markets for export in seven African countries under the Afroadvisor Company, measures include researching and studying product trade, identifying and negotiating commercial potential customers, and concluding commercial contracts by the Afro-Ecuadorian Compactor. The results of these measures, while identifying the target countries of the trade, are subject to the conditions and the request of the trading party of the country of origin as one or a combination of types of direct sales of goods, assignment of sales representatives, registration of companies and sales management by the main company, long-term contract for the production of custom goods, Establishment of a production unit or in the form of participation in construction.

Based on our contract ( MOU ) and with the aim of developing the export markets of second party in 7 countries in africa, the first party is committed to provide all Services Model mentioned in below:

Conducting and reporting a basic market research and study about product(s) or service of party B to help developing the market entry strategies including: Market analysis: Demand size – Competitors analysis – Product specifications and standards – Pricing – Risk analysis: opportunities and threats – Sales and distribution Documental and technical requirement Clear customs tariff and taxes Shipping methods and costs
To identify prospective buyers, sales agents or representatives in the target markets, Afroadvisor will provide executive services including: Communicate with identified prospective customers of party B in 7 countries in africa in the forms of telemarketing, direct meetings or hold a seminar.
Identification of the trading partner, negotiation, introduction and conclusion of the contract After reviewing and comprehensively examining the product trade, the Afro-Ecuadorian Compact Detects Identification and Negotiation with Potential Customers for Effective Business Communication in each of the African Countries. This is done by executive agents and collection experts in each of the collection offices. In target countries, it will take place through in-person meetings. It should be noted that the target countries for the implementation phase of this phase are determined according to the results of the previous stage of the study. The results of a series of business negotiations with economic operators and traders in target countries, subject to the requirements and demands of the business party, can be presented as one or a combination of the types of contracts that will be presented below. The results have been advised to the country of origin in the time period specified in the contract to make a decision on this matter.
